Clear Nest provides residential and office cleaning services, including move-in and move-out cleaning, empty-property deep cleaning, and handover kitchen and appliance cleaning. Any service scope is confirmed after an enquiry, property review, and agreement on access and handover details.

Prices are based on the confirmed scope, property condition, and access arrangements. For larger projects, a custom quote may apply and a deposit may be requested before work begins. Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, card, or cash on site, as confirmed for the booking.
